For this project, I was tasked to design a spread for a children’s book. We had the choice
of four stories, and I chose King Lion and the Beetle. I used clay and cut fabrics to add texture, which creates an eye-catching design for all ages. The typeface I used was
Adobe Caslon, which gives a classic storybook feel.
